During this period, the area of concentration has been providing project management for large-scale financial and clinical hardware and software implementations, business process analysis and strategic planning and system selection.
John Traynor
Mr. Traynor is a partner and co-founder of Health Tech Consulting (HTC). He has over twenty years of experience in the healthcare industry and is a subject matter expert in operational consulting, business process analysis, strategic planning, systems selection, contract negotiations and project management for large-scale healthcare organizations. Mr. Traynor's background includes experience working in acute and Rehabilitation Hospitals, Senior Living and LTC Pharamcy organizations.
In his role at HTC, John helps drive the marketing and sales efforts and is currently promoting the benefits of Electronic Health Records and the integration of paperless systems throughout the healthcare industry.
Lisa Lance
Ms. Lance is a CPA and an accomplished consultant with over twenty years experience in the healthcare industry. She has an extensive and sophisticated knowledge of the accounting and financial systems of the industry. Within the healthcare sector, she has followed a successful path that began at the Accountant level and progressed to Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Lance has been responsible for managing all the business activities in the ever-changing healthcare industry while providing financial leadership to management and board of directors. She is a vital contributor to the evaluation, planning, and successful implementation for large-scale financial and clinical installations.
